SAI Properties

SAI Properties owns and operates 17 residential apartments (multi-bedroom units plus studios and one-bedroom units), which are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of 411-415 College Ave and the 4th floor of 409 College Ave. In addition to its residential portfolio, SAI Properties also owns prime commercial real estate located in the heart of Collegetown at Cornell University.
